CEILING I. TIGHTLY ATTACHED/DECORATIVE CEILING
− Ceilling is atached to the underside of the structure directly above.
− Could be the underside of the floor above, or the underside of the structural pieces above (Such as a Floor Slab, Beams, Trusses, Bar 5ousts or other Structural Elements)
II. SUSPENDED
− Always have some amount of space that is open above the ceiling up to the structure above.
− Suspended from the structure above by a variety of Mens, such as Wires, Cables, Wood Framing, Steel Framing
SMART WALLS
INFILL WALL
It includes GI Metal frame with one layer of Fiber cement boards on each face. AGer all services are accommodated, the cavity between the boards is filled with lightweight concrete.
DRY WALL
A drywall is a high performance lightweight interior wall system consisting of a GI steel frame, encased in Gypsum Plasterboards/ Fiber Cement Boards on either side atached with self−drilling drywall screws. The joints are then taped and finished with Gypsum and cement board jointing compounds.
